Preparatory courses on legal training with military personnel and personnel in National Guard units were successfully completed

As you know, in accordance with the law "On amendments to the code of administrative responsibility of the Republic of Uzbekistan" signed by the President on May 12, 2023, additional powers were granted to the National Guard in order to create conditions for the peaceful life of the population by ensuring public order.

In this regard, training courses were organized by the command of the National Guard to review cases of administrative offenses on behalf of the system, as well as to increase the legal training of military personnel and personnel responsible for applying (having the authority) administrative penalties.
According to this, on May 22 – June 3 of this year, in preparatory courses organized at the University of Public Security of Uzbekistan, military personnel and personnel operating in National Guard systems increased their legal knowledge. In parallel, the courses were carried out online for military personnel and personnel serving in the territorial departments of the system.

The audience was trained on the basis of a training program on the procedure for considering and conducting cases of administrative offenses that apply to National Guard bodies, and on the basis of a schedule for conducting training sessions with officials authorized to handle cases of administrative offenses established by law.

The main purpose of the training program is to develop knowledge, skills in the audience and form military personnel who, with high responsibility, can carry out the tasks assigned to the armed forces and National Guard of the Republic of Uzbekistan, know the requirements of legal and regulatory documents in the field of military activity and ensure quality implementation.

A total of 50 hours were allocated for preparatory courses, in which classes were given to the audience in the form of lectures, practical and group classes, discussions, as well as independent preparation. For practical training, specialists from the Ministry of internal affairs, the prosecutor's office, judicial bodies were involved.

At the end of the training courses, certificates of the established sample were solemnly handed over to the listeners who successfully passed the test exams.
