Biography

Was born in 1968 in the city of Tashkent.

In 1986-88 he served in the GSFG.

Higher education, in 1994 graduated from the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

He began his career in April 1989 as a junior inspector of the criminal investigation department.

1990-1994 full-time study at the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

From 1994 to 2003 he worked as an investigator, senior investigator in the Central Department of Internal Affairs of Karshi, District Department of Internal Affairs of Yunusabad district and in Central Department of Internal Affairs of Tashkent.

In 2003-2008 served in various positions in the Main Departments of Criminal Investigation and Investigation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

In 2008-2012 worked as an inspector, lead inspector, chief inspector in the office of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan

In 2012-2015 - Deputy Head of the Central Department of Internal Affairs of Tashkent city - Head of the Investigation Department.

February-October 2015 - Head of Department of Internal Affairs of Namangan region.

In 2015-2017 - Head of the Department of Internal Affairs of Khorezm region.

In 2017-2018 - Minister of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

In 2018–2020 - Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan - Head of the Central Department of Internal Affairs of Tashkent city.

By the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated March 16, 2020, he was appointed Commander of the National Guard of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Honored Lawyer of the Republic of Uzbekistan (2014). In February 2018 he was awarded the rank of Major General.

2007–2020 - worked in the Ministry of Defense in leading positions in the area of ​​educational and ideological work.

On April 13, 2020, he was appointed Deputy Commander for educational and ideological work of the commander of the National guard of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

He began his service activity in 2001 in the South-Western Special Military District as the commander of the commandant group of a military unit, where he then worked in various positions.
