ESTABLISHED COOPERATION WITH THE NATIONAL GUARD OF THE REPUBLIC OF TAJIKISTAN

On November 24 this year, the delegation of the National Guard of the Republic of Tajikistan, headed by the Commander, Guard Lieutenant General B. Jamolzoda, paid an official visit to the Republic of Uzbekistan for the first time.

A solemn meeting with the Commander of the National Guard, Major General R. Djuraev took place in the Central Office of the National Guard.

The event was attended by Deputy Commanders, Heads of Directorates of the Central Office, brigade commanders, as well as the heads of the University of Public Safety and the National Guard Specialized Training Center.

Heads of territorial offices and regional training centers participated by video-conferencing.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the main priority issues of development and strengthening of bilateral cooperation.

Following the meeting, the heads of agencies signed a bilateral Plan of Practical Cooperation for 2022, which provides the implementation of joint activities in the field of personnel training, increasing their combat and physical training, as well as exchange of experience in all areas of service.

Further, as part of the visit, the delegation visited the University of Public Security, the Specialized Training Center, Victory Park, as well as a number of units of the National Guard.

The visit takes place in a traditionally friendly atmosphere.
