IMPLEMENTATION OF AGREEMENTS WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION PLAN

Within the framework of the signed Plan of bilateral cooperation between the National Guard of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Regional Representation of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in Central Asia for 2023, a seminar on international law enforcement standards was held from March 23 to 24 this year.

The seminar was attended by Deputy Head of the delegation J. Barberry, ICRC Representative for work with law enforcement Agencies K. McDonald, Adviser to the Program for Work with Law Enforcement Agencies T. Tynaliev and military personnel of the National Guard.

During the classes, issues in the field of international standards in law enforcement, international law and the use of force and firearms in various conditions were discussed.

The participants discussed the prospects for improving the organization of law enforcement activities in the conditions of modern realities and in the event of internal conflicts.

As a result of the event, the participants received international certificates.
