Prospects of cooperation were discussed

On October 27 of this year, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkey to Uzbekistan, Olgan Bekar, and the consultants on internal and security issues at the Embassy, Colonel Mustafa Avji and the head of Security of the 1st degree Murat Karausta was visited, as well as familiarized with the activities and educational process of the University of Public Security and the Specialized Training Center of the National Guard.

The guests highly appreciated the conditions and quality of the educational process in educational institutions, and also expressed readiness for further development of bilateral collaboration in the field of training and retraining of military personnel.

Within the framework of the visit, the Central Office of the National Guard hosted a meeting of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkey to Uzbekistan Olgan Bekar with the Commander of the National Guard of the Republic of Uzbekistan,
Major General R. Djuraev.

On the Uzbek side, the meeting was attended by Deputy Commander Colonel S. Mamayusupov and other leaders of the National Guard.

During the negotiations, the Ambassador noted with satisfaction that friendly relations between the two fraternal countries are rapidly developing in all spheres of life and expressed readiness for further development of bilateral friendly collaboration between the National Guard of Uzbekistan and the Gendarmerie of Turkey.

Following the meeting, which held in a friendly and warm atmosphere, the parties agreed to continue the interdepartmental dialogue in the field of security and military education.

At the end of the event, Ambassador Olgan Bekar left warm wishes in the book of Honorary Guests of the National Guard of the Republic
of Uzbekistan.
