On May 9, on the occasion of the Day of Memory and Appreciation, a spiritual and educational event dedicated to the book "Generations Meeting" and "Our Heroes" was organized at the National Guard Spirituality and Education Center.

This event was held to honor the bright memory of the servicemen and employees who selflessly served for the peace and tranquility of our people and died in the line of duty, and to promote their courage and fortitude as an example to the younger generation.

The event was attended by members of the Central Council of Veterans of the National Guard, military personnel, students, and family members of the guardsmen who died in the line of duty.

Those who spoke during the event emphasized that the heroism, courage, and dedication of the servicemen and employees who sacrificed their lives for the defense of the Motherland will never be forgotten, and that their lives and courage are a true example for today's youth.

After that, a video dedicated to the memory of the servicemen who died in the line of duty was shown. The touching scenes left a deep impression on the participants of the event, further strengthening their feelings of respect and reverence for the memory of the heroes.

The main part of the event discussed the creation of the book “Our Heroes”, its content, and the work done to convey the life and service of the heroic soldiers to the general public through this book. In particular, the deputy head of the department of the University of Public Security, Doctor of History, Major G. Mirzayev expressed his views on the spiritual significance of the book and its role in educating young people in the spirit of patriotism.

During the event, the sincere and touching speech of the son of the deceased military serviceman, junior sergeant R. Tolipov, who died defending the Motherland and peace in the country, and the 4th-year cadet of the University of Public Security, Olimjonov Shukhratbek Ravshanbek oglu, deeply touched the hearts of all participants. He expressed his pride in his father's devotion and courage to the Motherland, noting that behind today's peaceful life lies great courage and self-sacrifice.

The artistic part of the event was also organized in a spirit of enthusiasm. This spiritual and educational event played an important role in strengthening the feelings of love for the Motherland, respect for the memory of ancestors, courage and self-sacrifice in the hearts of the younger generation.
