    Another group of young officers, who have undertaken the sacred duty of safeguarding the development of New Uzbekistan, ensuring national peace, and protecting the well-being of the people, has officially begun their honorable service.

    A solemn graduation ceremony held at the National Guard University of Public Security marked not only a significant milestone in the lives of the young officers but also served as another practical demonstration of the large-scale reforms being implemented in the country's military education system.

    In line with the priorities set by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the military education system has undergone comprehensive modernization. At the National Guard University of Public Security, a fundamentally new system for training officers has been established, meeting international standards and incorporating innovative educational technologies. Modern educational infrastructure, digital technologies, interactive training methods, and extensive practical training opportunities have significantly enhanced the cadets' intellectual potential, combat readiness, leadership skills, and unwavering devotion to the Motherland.

    Today, hundreds of officers who graduated from the University are serving with distinction in the National Guard, the Armed Forces, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and other law enforcement and security agencies, successfully applying their knowledge and professional skills to protect the interests of the nation, ensure public safety, and preserve peace and stability.

    The graduation ceremony represented a logical continuation of these noble goals and ongoing reforms. Gathered on the University's parade ground, the graduates once again demonstrated that they are worthy successors of Uzbekistan's great statehood traditions, embodying the courage and resilience of Amir Temur's military legacy, and are fully committed to safeguarding the peace of New Uzbekistan, the well-being of its people, and the security of the nation.

    Accordingly, the ceremony was conducted in a solemn and uplifting atmosphere, reflecting the National Guard's distinguished military traditions, the ideals of national statehood, the country's rich spiritual heritage, patriotism, and national values.

    From the very beginning, the parade ground was filled with an atmosphere of pride and dignity. In harmony with the principles of discipline, courage, and loyalty embodied in the Temur's Code (Temur Tuzuklari), twelve standard-bearers proudly carried the National Flag of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the flag of the Timurid Empire, and the National Guard's Battle Flag—the symbol of honor, courage, and selfless service. This impressive spectacle became a symbolic representation of the continuity between the nation's glorious historical heritage and the military strength of New Uzbekistan.

    Another notable feature of the event was the participation of leaders of ministries, government agencies within the Armed Forces, law enforcement bodies, and state institutions in the ceremonial presentation of the first officer ranks to graduates joining the National Guard and other security services. Their presence vividly demonstrated the unified commitment, shared purpose, close cooperation, and solidarity of all government institutions responsible for ensuring national peace, public safety, and security.

    During the opening ceremony, the Commander of the National Guard warmly congratulated the graduates on receiving their first officer ranks. Distinguished guests also wished the young officers success in their honorable service, the trust of the people, and great achievements in serving the prosperity of the Motherland.

    One of the most emotional and memorable moments of the ceremony was the presentation of diplomas and graduation badges. This marked not only the successful completion of academic studies but also symbolized each young officer's acceptance of the profound responsibility entrusted to them by the Motherland, the people, and their military oath.

    This year, 316 cadets successfully graduated from ten military specialties offered by the University. Among them, fifteen graduates received honors diplomas, reflecting the effectiveness of the University's modern educational environment, the dedication of its highly qualified faculty, and the cadets' perseverance.

    The graduates will continue their service in the National Guard, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and other ministries and agencies within the Armed Forces of Uzbekistan, contributing to the country's peace, public security, and social stability. They will apply the knowledge and skills acquired during their studies to make a worthy contribution to the continued development of New Uzbekistan.

    The presence of dozens of female graduates, regarded as followers of the legendary Queen Tomyris, also highlighted the practical results of ongoing reforms aimed at expanding women's participation in public service, enhancing their role in the military sphere, and promoting gender equality. They demonstrated their readiness to serve the nation with professionalism, determination, and unwavering patriotism.

    Throughout the ceremony, the National Anthem of the Republic of Uzbekistan was performed, while the military orchestra presented a musical program enriched with national melodies. Impressive military demonstrations by cadets and masters of Uzbek martial arts added further splendor to the celebration.

    One of the most magnificent and historically symbolic moments was the theatrical portrayal of the great statesman and military commander Amir Temur. His ceremonial entrance with mounted and infantry warriors, accompanied by a historical address emphasizing patriotism, courage, justice, and statehood, inspired participants with a deep sense of national pride, respect for their ancestors, and appreciation of the country's rich historical legacy. This performance vividly illustrated the spiritual continuity between centuries-old traditions of Uzbek statehood and the modern military capabilities of New Uzbekistan.

    Patriotic songs celebrating the Motherland, national pride, loyalty, and selfless service resonated throughout the ceremony. The synchronized performances by cadets, organized in formations of twelve, together with artists dressed in traditional costumes, showcased a remarkable combination of military discipline, national culture, and rich spiritual heritage. Every melody, every step, and every movement strengthened the participants' love for the Motherland, devotion to the people, and sense of national pride, creating an inspiring and uplifting atmosphere.
