International cooperation

Today, on May 30, a meeting was held at the Central Office of the National Guard between the Commander Major General R. Djuraev and the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United States of America to the Republic of Uzbekistan J. Henick.

During the meeting, the Сommander introduced the Head of the US diplomatic mission in Uzbekistan with the main tasks and functions of the National Guard of Uzbekistan. In turn, Ambassador J. Henick expressed readiness to support all initiatives of the National Guard of Uzbekistan in the development of bilateral cooperation with the american side.

The sides also discussed issues of practical interaction between the National Guard of Uzbekistan and the Mississippi National Guard, while noting the positive dynamics of organizing mutual visits, joint trainings, seminars and practical exercises.

As a result of the meeting, agreements were reached on further cooperation in the field of ensuring public safety, eliminating the consequences of natural and technogenic emergencies, as well as training professional personnel.

The event was held in the spirit of mutual respect and trust.
