Commissioner of the People's Armed Police of the People's Republic of China about the results of the visit of general-colonel Zhang Hongbing to Uzbekistan

As a result of the new approach of the leader of our country to all spheres as well as the reforms he is implementing, New Uzbekistan appears in the world community as a stable and rapidly developing country, a reliable partner and a country of great opportunities.

Nowadays, multifaceted cooperation between Uzbekistan and the People's Republic of China has reached a new level in terms of quality.

 The delegation of the People's Armed Police of the People's Republic of China headed by the Commissioner of the People's Armed Police of the People's Republic of China, colonel-general Zhang Hongbing, met for the first time on November 8-10 of this year in connection with the practical implementation of the mutual collaboration agreements between the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and the President of the People's Republic of China Xi Jinping was in Uzbekistan on an official visit.

The guests were solemnly welcomed by the commander of the National guard, major-general R. Djuraev, with the participation of the honor of guard.

After that, mutual negotiations took place between the two sides.
Further development of cooperation in the field of military education, organization of combat and special training and exchange of experience, as well as issues related to maintaining public order were discussed and promising plans for cooperation were determined. At the end of the meeting, a protocol was signed on the agreements reached on the development of bilateral cooperation.

The guests got acquainted with the material and technical base and activities of the National guard Situation Center and the Museum of the National guard.

During the event, the members of the delegation laid a wreath at the base of the monument which dedicated to the memory of our comrades who died heroically while serving in the National guard units. A traditional tree planting ceremony was also held.

According to the visit program, the guests were introduced to the activities of the Tashkent сity Security Department, the "Temurbeklar Maktabi" military academic lyceum, the Spirituality and Enlightenment Center of the National guard, the Press-service, Child Psychology Centers, the University of Public Safety, as well as in the historical monuments of the city of Samarkand they got acquainted with the activities of the Tourist Patrol Service aimed at maintaining public order by the National guard.

This visit is the first visit to our country by the Commissioner of the People's Armed Police of the People's Republic of China, colonel-general Zhang Hongbing, this strengthening of relations between Uzbekistan and the People's Republic of China, including law enforcement agencies, military and other spheres, creates ample opportunities for further development of multifaceted cooperation
