Prospects of cooperation with the National Guard of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia were discussed

Within the framework of the international cooperation on March 21 of this year, the commander of the National Guard, Major General R. Djuraev had an online video conversation with the Chief of the Military organization of the National Guard of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Major General Muhammad bin Zaid Al-Qahtani. This meeting was organized within the framework of the agreements reached during the state visit of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sh. Mirziyoyev to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in August 2022. CREATIVE INTERACTION WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION

Within the framework of military cooperation, together with the military apparatus of the British Embassy in Uzbekistan, a creative master class was organized for the collective of military musical formations of the National Guard with the participation of the military conductor of the orchestra of the Royal Regiment of the Princess of Wales of Great Britain, Lieutenant Colonel Wayne Hopla. The event took place in the newly opened new Center for Spirituality and Enlightenment of the National Guard. A separate military exemplary orchestra led by military conductors Major R. Asfandiyarov and Lieutenant Colonel W. Hopla performed improvisations on the theme of military marches and other musical compositions. This cultural event was attended by students of the Republican Specialized Academic Lyceum of Music and the Tashkent Military Academic Lyceum "Temurbeklar Maktabi" of the National Guard. INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION IN THE FIELD OF COMBAT AND PHYSICAL TRAINING.  

 On the initiative of the National Guard of the Republic of Uzbekistan, from February 6 to 14 this year, a practical training seminar on the Philippine combat system Pekiti-Tirsia Kali was organized with the participation of the chairman of this federation, Rommel Tortal, as well as instructors from the Sports Club "PTK Batikan" of the Republic of Belarus. The practical seminar-training was attended by members of the National Guard and representatives of other law enforcement agencies and departments, who studied the techniques of hand-to-hand combat and self-defense, as well as the tactical actions of the filipino martial art. Within the framework of the training, a meeting was organized between the Commander of the National Guard, major general R. Djuraev, with the chairman of the World Federation, Rommel Tortal, and representatives of the PTK Batikan sport club, during which issues of training instructors of the National Guard in the Pekiti-Tirsia Kali combat system were discussed. Friendly relations are being strengthened

As part of the cooperation of the National Guard with the Kazakh side, on February 2 of this year, a delegation headed by the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Commander-in-Chief of the National Guard Major General Botakanov Erkin Sovetbekovich visited our country. In accordance with the visit program, the delegation of Kazakhstan led by Major General E. Botakanov was solemnly welcomed by the Commander of the National Guard of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Major General R. Djuraev, at the Central Office of the National Guard. Cooperation prospects in the field of cyber security were discussed

  Within the framework of cooperation between the National Guard and the Israel Police, an online dialogue was held on January 11 of this year between experts of the two agencies in the field of cyber security. We remind that during the visit of the delegation headed by the National Guard Commander Major General R. Djuraev to Tel-Aviv on November 27-29, 2022, there was organized a meeting with the Inspector General of the Israel Police, General Y.Shabtay. IMPROVEMENT OF THE FACILITY SECURITY SYSTEM FROM THE VIEWPOINT OF INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION

   The command of the National Guard of the Republic of Uzbekistan pays special attention to the issues of improving the system of protection of objects from cyber-attacks. In this context, on the basis of international experience, together with foreign partners, events are regularly organized aimed at exchanging experience in the field of protecting protected objects from terrorist attacks. In the period from November 16 to 18 this year, a regional seminar on the protection of vulnerable objects from terrorist attacks was held in Tashkent with the participation of OSCE representatives, soldiers of the National Guard of Uzbekistan, experts from Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan and Mongolia. Within the framework of the event, the training seminar was organized on the study and application of practical skills in the protection of protected objects, as well as best practices in this area. The seminar was held in a traditionally warm and friendly atmosphere.

Visit of the delegation of the National Guard of Uzbekistan to the Kyrgyz Republic

 Within the framework of bilateral cooperation with the National Guard of the Armed Forces of the Kyrgyz Republic, a return visit of the delegation under the leadership of the Commander of the National Guard of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Major General R. Djuraev was held to the Kyrgyz Republic. During the visit, a meeting was held with the Commander of the National Guard of the Armed Forces of the Kyrgyz Republic, Colonel T.T. The Commander of the National Guard has a meeting with representatives of the US Congress

On August 23, Commander of the National Guard Major General R. Djuraev met with a delegation of the US House of  Representatives headed by Congressmen Trent Kelly and Darin Lahoud. During the dialogue, issues of military cooperation between the National Guard of Uzbekistan and the American side were discussed, including the development of bilateral relations with the Mississippi National Guard. We remind that in March of this year, during the visit of the commander of the National Guard of the State of Mississippi, Major General J. Boyles  to Uzbekistan, he met  with the commander of the National Guard of Uzbekistan, Major General R. Djuraev. THE DELEGATION OF THE MINISTRY OF THE INTERNAL AFFAIRS OF THR REPUBLIC OF BELARUS GET ACQUAINTED WITH THE ACTIVITIES OF THE NATIONAL GUARD OF UZBEKISTAN  

A delegation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, headed by Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs, colonel Dmitry Korzyuk, paid an official visit to Uzbekistan. During the visit, a meeting was held with the Deputy Commander of the National Guard - Head of the Main Directorate of Guard, colonel Mamirjon Ganiev. Commander of the National Guard of the Republic of Uzbekistan met with the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Turkey

July 28 this year within the framework of the visit of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Turkey S.Soylu to the Republic of Uzbekistan, a meeting was held with the Commander of the National Guard, Major General R. Friendly international cooperation is strengthening

A delegation of the National Guard paid a visit to Turkey on June 22-25. During the visit, the delegation members got acquainted with the activities of the Turkish Gendarmerie General Command, a number of departments, the Gendarmerie and Coast Guard Academy and the Nevşehir and Istanbul Gendarmerie Departments. The Commander-in-Chief of the Turkish Gendarmerie, General Arif Çetin, noted that the visit of the Uzbek delegation was a logical continuation of friendly relations between the Presidents of Uzbekistan and Turkey and expressed readiness to expand cooperation between the two agencies in all areas. Within the framework of bilateral cooperation, a creative meeting of orchestras was organized jointly with the Military Office of the British Embassy in Uzbekistan (Separate Military Exemplary Orchestra, University of Public Security, military unit 65921, Republican Specialized Academic Lyceum of Music) of the National Guard with the orchestra of the Royal Regiment of the Princess of Wales of Great Britain. During the visit, the musicians of the Royal Regiment had a creative meeting with the collectives of military musical formations included in the structure of the National Guard of Uzbekistan – a separate military exemplary orchestra, orchestras of the University of Public Security, one of the military units of the Guard and young musicians of the Republican Specialized Academic Lyceum of Music of the National Guard. The meeting was held at the Tashkent Military Academic Lyceum «Temurbeklar maktabi» of the National Guard. The guests were introduced to the conditions created at the lyceum, showed classrooms, a library, a museum and told about how the educational process is going on, about the history of the creation of military academic lyceums, the goals and objectives of the institution and the conditions for accepting candidates. During the conversation, the prospects for further creative interaction within the framework of bilateral cooperation were also discussed. After the official part, Uzbek national instruments were demonstrated to the guests, and musicians of the orchestras of the National Guard of Uzbekistan together with the orchestra of the Royal Regiment of the Princess of Wales of Great Britain performed improvisations on the theme of military marches and other musical compositions.
